  • both classes are 45 minute, full-body workouts. each pilates class is a slow-paced workout, using only body weight and focusing on mind to body connection. each sculpt class is a high-energy workout, adding weight and equipment to level up, get our heart rate up and leave extra sweaty.

  • each class is designed to be taken at your own pace through modifications (and amplifications) which will be given throughout class. that way you can adjust to your level of comfort.

  • yes! both woman and men are encouraged to take class.

  • you will need to bring a mat, grip towel, and water. added equipment will be provided for each class.
